Hemangiomas

Hemangiomas or Cherry angiomas, are small, benign growths made up of tiny blood vessels (capillaries) that appear on the skin. They are usually bright red, though they can also appear purple or blue, depending on their size and location.

These can appear anywhere on the body but are most commonly found on the trunk, arms, and shoulders. They tend to increase in number with age.

Can these be treated?

Yes!! These can be removed by laser therapy. Often disappearing after a single session (depending on size).

Broken Capillaries

Broken capillaries or small vessels can be removed using a variety of techniques, including LASER therapy and electro pottery. below are some photos that show immediate before and after results with electrocautery to remove or treat broken blood vessels. Broken vessels known also known as telangiectasias or spider veins are removed by using heat generated from an electric current.
